DocuGenerate supports annual billing, which provides a discount equivalent to 2 months off the subscription fee for the selected plan. This allows you to pay for 10 months while enjoying the full benefits of your plan for an entire year.
The discount is applicable only to the base subscription fee. Add-ons, such as extra templates or team members, are not eligible for the discount.
To switch to annual billing, start by subscribing to the desired plan (monthly). Then contact us at support@docugenerate.com or send us a message via the chat popup and request to be billed annually.
Once updated, your account will reflect the following message below your plan name:

Annual plans require upfront payment for the full year. The annual prices for the plans are as follows:
For team members, the annual price is $108 per team member ($9/month Γ 12 months).
Even with an annual plan, billing for additional documents beyond the monthly limits occurs separately. These charges will appear on the invoice issued on the 1st of each month.
For example, if you generate 500 additional documents on the Premium plan, your monthly invoice will show $10 (500 docs Γ β¬0.02/doc). If no additional documents are generated above the selected planβs limit, the invoice will reflect a charge of $0.
Annual billing renews automatically unless you contact us to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
